Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Cordori pieces. If you change your mind, you can request a refund, exchange, or credit note on any full-priced product within 21 days of receiving your order (based on tracking confirmation).
Return Conditions

Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note if returned within 21 days of delivery and meeting return conditions.

Sale or promotional items: Products purchased at a discounted price (including with a promotional code) can be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. Refunds are provided only if the item is faulty or as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Products must be in original condition, with tags attached, and without any alterations or signs of wear.

How to Return or Exchange (Standard Returns)
This process is for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Book your return via our Returns Portal within 21 days of receiving your order.

After approval:

Exchanges: You’ll receive a prepaid return label.

Refunds: A payment link for the AUD $10 return fee will be sent to you (deducted from your refund).

Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging with tags attached.

Send the parcel using the provided label.

Once received, we’ll process your refund, credit note, or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear in your account. If your exchange is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
Returning Defective or Misdescribed Items
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.
An item is defective if it:

Is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, appearance, or finish;

Is not fit for its intended purpose; or

Does not match the product description or images.
To lodge a claim:

Email customercare@cordori.com as soon as possible with a brief explanation and photos of the defect.

Provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

We’ll review your request and guide you through next steps.
Cordori covers postage for approved defective returns. If, after assessment, the item is found not to be defective, you may be responsible for return shipping.
Where confirmed defective, you can choose an exchange, repair, credit note, or refund to your original payment method.
