Simply create an account during checkout or via 'My Account' page to become a Cordori Member. It’s free, quick, and provides lifetime benefits.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel service.

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Track your parcel via Australia Post or the Shop App.

  • Registered users can also view order status in the My Account section.

Delivery Notes

  • Cordori currently ships within Australia only.

  • Pre-order items will display an estimated dispatch date on the product page.

Damaged Orders

We take great care to ensure every Cordori order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please email customercare@cordori.com. Our team will assist and liaise with Australia Post to resolve the issue.

PO Boxes

We’re currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If a PO Box address is provided, we’ll reach out for an alternative. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

How much is delivery?

  • Standard shipping: $10 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100.

  • Express shipping: $15 (free for orders over $250).

  • Cordori Members enjoy free standard and express shipping on all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard: 3–7 business days (metro). Add 1–2 days for regional areas.

  • Express: 1–3 business days (metro).

Do you ship internationally?

  • Not yet – Cordori currently ships within Australia only.
